Use the IMI Direct Marketing Audit as an important diagnostic for moving your business forward.

The IMI Direct Marketing Audit engages the most experienced members of the IMI professional consulting group in an in-depth, diagnostic review of your current direct marketing program. The Audit is conducted in four phases.

Phase 1: Materials Review and Data Analysis
You provide our team with samples of your direct marketing materials, a description of what your organization is doing in direct marketing and the results you are getting, samples of your advertising and other communications in your marketing mix, your competitive set, etc. We review everything you provide and prepare a set of interrogatories and additional data requests.

Phase 2: On-Site Interviews and Data Gathering
One or more of our consultants (depending on areas of expertise required) will spend a day on-site talking to key people in your organization best able to provide us with a point of view about your program, the company's marketing situation, and expectations of the direct marketing program.

Phase 3: Analysis and Development of Recommendations
Our team analyzes the data collected on-site and off-site and develops a set of recommendations regarding your direct marketing program that can be put into place for immediate improvements. Some of these will be provided during Phase 2. All will be incorporated into the final written report.

Phase 4: Report and Presentation
Your lead consultant will return to present our findings and conclusions to all appropriate persons in your organization, and deliver the full written report, complete with our recommendations for moving your business forward.
